Responsibilities / Job Descriptions

  • To provide a clear handover during shift changes.
  • Timely and effective communication of all complaints/comments to the Guest Experience Manager as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and correct working practice.
  • Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.
  • Comply with company grooming standards.
  • Attend key briefing and training sessions.
  • Has full knowledge of the Swire Hotels standards.
