Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities / Job Descriptions

  • To assist and support the Director of Guest Experience in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability;
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and correct working practice;
  • Provide Director of Guest Experience with a monthly report of guest
  • comments and recommended actions on such comments;
  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guest;
  • Participate actively in team member activities and establish and maintain effective team member relations;
  • Minimum Technical Competency/Personal Specifications
  • Completed a Hospitality course in a technical college or hotel school (Preferable)
  • Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel
  • Effective interpersonal skills as a team player
  • Happy outgoing personality
  • Have a goal driven personality keen for further learning and development
  • Opera or Fidelio experience preferable
  • Effective interpersonal skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Local knowledge and ability to retell with all nationalities
