Responsibilities / Job Descriptions

  • Have full knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material.
  • Understand what’s going on in other departments and implications for your own department.
  • Clear understanding of guest expectations.
  • Attend all required briefings and training sessions. (even outside of working time).
  • Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.
  • Comply with company grooming standards.
  • Understanding relevant H&S legislation and the implications on the operation of the department.
  • Monitor the preparation of station assignment, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness within all departments for equipment and work area.
  • Adapt quickly and positively to new work situations.
  • Assist all other staff members when needed.
  • Continues to be productive in changing circumstances.
  • All other duties delegated by Manager.
