Responsibilities / Job Descriptions

  • To ensure guest interaction is professionally handled, understanding the philosophy of “the first impression”.
  • Manage guest correspondence, ensuring accurate capture of information.
  • To Liaise with the kitchen and restaurant managers to enable the delivery of seamless customer service.
  • Ensure all telephone calls are handled politely, timely and efficiently Ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller’s needs.
  • Drive individual, group and event reservations at all times, exploiting the restaurant profile, as laid out by the restaurant manager.
  • Administrative duties as required.
  • To ensure consistent, effective communication from all departments to the Manager on duty.
  • To develop a culture of flexibility.
  • Understand H&S legislative implications on the operation of the department.
  • Ensure that all customer requests and feedback are responded to promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.
