Jing Yaa Tang Now Serving Daily Dim Sum for Lunch

(Beijing, 30 May 2014) Jing Yaa Tang, the Chinese restaurant at The Opposite House, is delighted to present new additions to its lunch menu by serving dim sum beginning 26 May 2014. Diners are welcome to enjoy the daily, unlimited dim sum from Noon to 3pm at just RMB 118* per person.

The dim sum menu features all-time favourites from Canton and Shanghai regions. Steamed offerings include Hargow (shrimp dumplings), Pork Siew Mai with Crab Roe, Xiao Long Bao, and Cha Siu Bao (barbecued pork bun).

Baked and deep-fried dishes featured on the menu are Ham Sui Gok (sweet and savoury pork dumplings), Pan-fried Turnip Cake with Home-made XO Sauce, and Crispy Yam Pastry......
