Refreshing Summer Menu at Sureño

(Beijing, 2 July 2014) Settling well into summer, Sureño’s Sunken Garden has been very popular with guests dining al fresco, and with that in mind, the Mediterranean restaurant at The Opposite House brings to guests additions to its à la carte menu with the freshest of ingredients, drawing from its Southern European roots complemented with live music every Thursday and Saturday night and its Sunday afternoon brunch.

For starters, Chef Laia has included tapas such as Iberian Surtido (a selection of Spanish cold cuts) and Vitello Tonato (Australian veal tenderloin, capers, extra virgin olive oil, tuna sauce). Other appetisers such as Steak Tartare and Chilled Almond and Pine Nuts Ajoblanco are also on the menu.

Main course selections feature a wide variety of seafood that guarantees to satisfy seafood lovers out there, with dishes such as Sea Urchin Tagliolini and Semi-Seared Tuna.

A meal is never complete without desserts, and therefore, Chef Laia has incorporated Homemade Ice Creams and refreshing Sorbets, along with Chocolate5 (chocolate served 5 ways and vanilla ice cream) to complete diners’ Mediterranean experience......
