Sureño Presents New Spring Menu and Opens Sunken Garden

(Beijing, 15 April, 2014) Sureño, the Mediterranean restaurant at The Opposite House, celebrates spring with new additions to its a la carte menu, featuring seasonal ingredients and an eclectic array of new flavours from Southern Europe.

New starters include Scallop & Avocado Carpaccio with Salmon Roe, Basil & Lime Dressing, Spinach & Zucchini Salad with Pine Nuts & Goat Cheese, as well as Langostinos a la Plancha (Grilled Shrimps with Persillade Sauce & Lemon).

Main course additions feature a new selection of fresh seafood specialties, including Cod Fish & Seafood Zarzuela with Scampi, Shrimp & Mussel Stew, and Grilled Snapper with Salmon Roe & Fennel Emulsion.

To complete the menu, new desserts include exquisite Mille-Feuilles with Caramelised Apples, Praline Cream & Vanilla Ice Cream, Opalys Mousse with Crunchy Pearls & White Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream and many more.....
