Sureño presents new Spring dishes and opens Sunken Garden

(Beijing, 20 April 2015) - Spring is in the air at Sureño thus Chef Laia and her team present new additions to its à la carte menu, featuring seasonal ingredients with flavours drawing from Southern Europe.

Tapas selections include Polpo Al Pomodoro (braised baby octopus in homemade tomato sauce and chilies), Escalivada & Anxoves (wood-fired roasted eggplants, peppers, onions and Spanish anchovies), Melanzane Fritte (deep fried eggplant, tzatziki sauce) and many more.

Main course additions feature Carabinero Orzo (orzo pasta with shrimps, calamari, garlic and chili), Homemade Papardelle (rougié duck in red wine ragoût), Fillet De Veau Au Foie Gras (pan seared Australian veal tenderloin, foie gras, beef jus)......
