Celebrate Chinese New Year at The Opposite House

To welcome the Lunar New Year of the Rooster, The Opposite House is delighted to present a variety of dining options for you and your loved ones at the award-winning Jing Yaa Tang.

Executive Chinese Chef Li Dong and his talented kitchen team have curated a list of festive à la carte dishes exclusively available from 27 January to 11 February 2017, for both lunch and dinner. During this period, in order to elevate guests’ dining experience, dim sum will only be served on à la carte basis.
 
A selection of appetisers includes Mustard Duck Feet and Shrimp and Octopus Salad in Chili Vinegar Dressing. 

Main selections will comprise of exquisite dishes such as Traditional Twice-Cooked Lamb with Cashew Nuts, Steamed Big Fish Head in Two Kinds of Chilli Sauce, Braised Pork Knuckle with Black Bean and Oyster Sauce, and Fish and Water Chestnut Dumplings in Steamed Egg White. 

Sweet-toothed guests will be spoilt with Pan-fried Coconut Rice Cake and Yellow Rice Bun Stuffed with Red Bean and Osmanthus.

Food plays a paramount role during the celebration and at Jing Yaa Tang, we ensure that you and your family will enter the Year of the Rooster filled with prosperity, luck and happiness,” says Mark Passmore, General Manager of The Opposite House.
