New Spring À La Carte at Jing Yaa Tang, The Opposite House

(Beijing, 26 April 2016) – Award-winning Jing Yaa Tang at The Opposite House is pleased to present new additions to its à la carte menu, with dishes inspired from different regions across China.

Appetiser highlights include Bean Curd Treasures with Tobiko Caviar, Jing Yaa Tang Salted Duck Liver and Whole Butterfish Marinated in Sweet Soya Sauce.
Mouth-watering mains include Meat Balls, Stir-fried King Prawns with Honey Sesame Walnut, Grilled Cuttlefish with Home-made Chilli Paste, Steamed Basa Fish Fillets with Garlic and Vermicelli.

Beijingers would delight in Ma Tofu, wok-fried fermented tofu with chilli and beans, a Beijing delicacy in its own right.

“The team at Jing Yaa Tang has always believed in using the freshest seasonal produce to ensure an exquisite dining experience. Enjoy the new spring dishes with our signature Beijing roast duck!” says Peter Wynne, Area General Manager of Swire Hotels Beijing and General Manager of The Opposite House.
